The Barometer MDD edition 2019 : What to remember

An annual survey conducted since 2015, the MDD barometer is used to locate the level of industrial services provided by the 7 main purchasing groups.

What to remember from this 2019 edition:

The level of satisfaction of the stores varies according to the categories of products. Indeed, of the 16 categories analyzed this year, three of them stand out positively: sweet biscuits, canned vegetables and chocolate bars / confectioneries.

The three shopping centers most satisfied with the services offered by their private label suppliers are Auchan, Carrefour and Provera (Cora and Match).

Distributors consider that Quality issues are those best controlled by manufacturers. It is, in fact, the theme gathering the best performance score.
