Since 1997, BOSSMAN CONSULTANTS has been helping firms involved in the modern distribution circuits to develop their business and managerial performance.
Historically specialising in the FMCG sector, Super/Hyper circuits and Out-of-Home Consumption (CHD), we have gradually broadened our activities to include other modern distribution circuits: Specialist Superstores, franchise networks and specialist circuits.
In each of these sectors, we have worked to develop partnerships with everyone involved in these circuits in order to build up a 360° view and understand the challenges that all these firms are facing.
